On January 1, 2022, California began mandating that California prescribers electronically prescribe all medications. To satisfy this requirement, you will need an E-Prescribing application. ScriptSure Cloud Electronic Prescribing is a web-based ERX application that satisfies the requirements you need to meet for California, the DEA and HIPAA.

What you will need:
(Approximately 30 minutes to sign‐up)- NPI and DEA number
- Practice information (address, phone, etc)
- Credit Card for payment
- Driver’s License or Passport
- Cell phone
- Access to your email
- Name and email address for a second user who will be an admin on the account (this can be a nurse, asst., manager, colleague, relative, friend). This is required by the DEA and is called logical access control
